Site visit/Initial
Consultation
During the site visit, we take notes and listen to what our clients want and need. It’s important to understand how homeowners imagine their new space working every day.

Interior design &
floor plan drawings
Afterwards, we’ll create visualizations of your project. Our team will give you the necessary 2D drawings and 3D if needed, basic sketches, and interior design plans showing the proposed changes. You can collaborate with us to adjust the plans as necessary.

Scope of Work & Final budget proposal
Staying on budget requires careful planning. Saveska Construction works diligently to address all costs, including potential ones, upfront. With plans from an architect or designer, Saveska Construction outlines a complete scope of work and estimates the cost of your project, ensuring an effective plan.

Permits Process, Project Management & Construction
If you’ve accepted our proposal, congratulations! At Saveska Construction, we prioritize every small detail, especially in your project. We’ll closely collaborate with the designer or architect to start any permit application process on your behalf to begin your project. Once necessary permits are obtained, we will start the construction and management of your project.

Warranty and After Care
Our team will schedule a final walkthrough with you once construction is complete. This will provide you with an opportunity to review the results and discuss any final details with the team. Warranty commences at completion of the project. Officially all work is warranted for a period of one year. However, it is not uncommon for us to respond to needs that may arise many years past the original warranty time-frame. We believe strongly in standing behind what we build. Period.
